this is a new innovation that they r offering mobile banking and i feel that its good for the people as it provides so much of convinience.
Their sound clarity is really excellent. Their GPRS is a fast connecting one…The mobile banking facility is the excellent idea…The bad point are online call center, you have to wait about 5 to 7 minutes and then they answer your call. They do that on purpose to filter out the genuine callers from the simple problem callers which is not fair…
